Singcheer’s volumetric dosing unit is suitable for auto-proportional mixing of basic compound and color masterbatch, which is used to meet the demands of small batch production and frequent color change.
Technical Specification :
The digital control system will control and drive the precise screws to feed the compound and masterbatch proportionally as per the mixing ratio pre setup in the control panel. This will decrease the color difference and stock of the products.
Dosing unit configuration：
● one main station for compound
● two sub stations for color masterbatch（3 sets , optional）
● sliding adaptor to discharge the compound
● compound level control and hopper empty alarm
● PLC and servo control system
