EFAF automated packaging lines handle cables from 0.35 to 240 mm² and support coiling, reeling and cartoning, with automation extending through labeling, palletizing and transfer to the warehouse.
Designed for automotive and electronic wire lines, the system integrates automatic spool assembly, take-up, reel change, weighing, wrapping and labeling. Take-up speeds of up to 1,600 or 1,200 m/min increase throughput while reducing labor and production cost.
Key drives, bearings, electrical components and motion controllers come from established global brands such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, NSK and FAG. More than 90% of machined parts are produced using high-precision CNC equipment.
