SINGCHEER collaborates with material suppliers to develop specialized low-smoke, halogen-free screws and barrels tailored to material properties, significantly boosting extrusion output to rival PVC levels. The medium-draw machine integrated with the 120/65 high-speed intelligent extrusion production line enables low-smoke, halogen-free wiring production speeds up to MAX. 1000m/min. Specific speeds are: 1.5mm² MAX. 1000m/min, 2.5mm² MAX. 800m/min, 4mm² MAX. 600m/min, 6mm² MAX. 200m/min. Additionally, the large extruder series 150/80 high-speed intelligent extrusion production line achieves a maximum production speed of 1200m/min for low-smoke, halogen-free fabric-covered wires, enabling direct conversion of Φ8mm copper rods into fabric-covered wires.

Application Scope

This machine type is equally suitable for high-speed extrusion of various materials including PVC, PE, XLPE, and self-crosslinked low-smoke halogen-free compounds, achieving concentricity >95% and wire diameter tolerance <1%D. Compatible with multiple pay-off types such as swing drums and end-shafts. High-frequency preheaters ensure constant incoming wire temperature for tighter insulation coverage. Advanced cooling technology guarantees thorough, uniform, and stable cooling during high-speed production. High-speed printing machines save solvent and ink while delivering eco-friendly, crisp results. Low-tension multi-loop rotary spray tanks prevent stretching during high-speed traction. Three-stage dehydration rapidly dries cable surface moisture without residue. Sensors monitor take-up tension in real time, while dual-reel semi-automatic take-up machines automatically cut wires and change reels for efficient, reliable operation. Both pay-off and take-up systems can interface with AGVs for seamless, worry-free reel loading/unloading and intelligent logistics.
